SuperAce Terms & Conditions — Clear, plain English

These terms apply to all SuperAce services, products, and promotions. All members accessing SuperAce from Bangladesh are required to comply with these terms.

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to participate on SuperAce. Minors are not permitted to create an account or use any of our services.
• Personal Use: SuperAce services are intended for personal entertainment only. Betting for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• One Country, One Platform: SuperAce provides services to users in Bangladesh. Different terms may apply if the platform is accessed from another country.
• Language: The Bengali version of these terms is primary. In the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall prevail.

Providing accurate and complete information when creating a SuperAce account is mandatory. Accounts registered with false information may be closed at any time.

• One Account: A maximum of one account is permitted per person, phone number, device, and payment method. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be permanently closed and balances forfeited.
• Identity Verification (KYC): For withdrawals or transactions above a certain threshold, you may be required to submit a national ID or passport. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
• Updating Your Information: If your phone number or payment details change, notify support immediately. SuperAce is not responsible for transaction delays caused by outdated information.
• Password Security: Keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing them with anyone is a breach of our terms.

SuperAce supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in BDT (৳).

• Deposit Confirmation: If your balance has not been updated within the expected time after a deposit, please contact live chat with your transaction ID.
• Withdrawal Verification: A large first-time withdrawal may require additional identity verification. This is part of our security process.
• Sent to the Wrong Recipient: SuperAce is not responsible for funds sent to any number other than our designated payment number.
• Currency: All balances are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion fees apply.

SuperAce bonuses and promotions are offered under specific terms and conditions. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of those terms.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. You must complete a total wagering requirement at a specified multiplier (such as 10x, 15x, or 20x). The full terms for each bonus Bonus Page Stated separately.
• Bonus Validity: If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after a bonus is credited, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Bonus funds may not be available for use across all games. Each offer specifies which games qualify for bonus wagering and at what contribution rate.
• Minimum Odds: Bets that count toward bonus wagering generally require minimum odds of 1.5 or higher.
• Multiple Bonuses: If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, our support team will advise you on how they can be used.
• Abuse: If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be subject to investigation.

Placing bets on SuperAce means you agree to the rules below. Confirming a bet constitutes acceptance of these rules.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where a Cash Out option is available. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is completely abandoned, the full stake for any related bet will be refunded. If a result is determined after partial play, the bet will be settled according to that result.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting change continuously. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final — any subsequent changes do not apply.
• Erroneous Odds: If odds are displayed significantly higher or lower than normal due to a technical error or human mistake, SuperAce reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Accumulator: In a multi-match accumulator, if one selection is cancelled, it will be settled at odds of 1.00 and the remaining selections will stand.
• In-Play Delay: In live betting, if a bet is recorded after the outcome has already been determined due to internet latency, that bet may be voided.
• Maximum Payout: There is a maximum payout cap per bet. Details are specified in the rules for each sport or game.

SuperAce reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account that violates any of the following conditions.

• Managing multiple accounts.
• Providing false or inaccurate identity information.
• Exploiting the bonus or promotions system.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or system glitches.
• Using another member's account or placing bets on their behalf.
• Suspected money laundering or involvement in illegal activities.
• Allowing anyone under 18 years of age to use your account.

• Data Collection: Relevant information is collected during registration, transactions, and platform use.
• Third Party: Information may be shared with trusted third parties for payment processing or identity verification purposes.
• Marketing: If you'd prefer not to receive promotional messages from SuperAce, you can opt out through your settings or by contacting support.
• Data Protection: All data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

SuperAce takes responsible gaming seriously. We want every member to enjoy their gaming experience — not find it a source of stress.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a cooling-off period.

• If you disagree with the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
