Security
Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is the single most effective step you can take to secure your SuperAce account. With 2FA active, no one can log in without your phone — even if they know your password.
Steps to enable:
1. Log in and click on the profile icon.

3. Find the "Two-Factor Authentication" option and click the "Enable" button.
4. A verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number.

What happens at login: After entering your password, a one-time OTP will be sent to your registered number each time you log in. You must enter this OTP to gain access — it is unique every time and must be used within 5 minutes.

App & Technical Issues
If the app or website won't load, there's no need to panic — most issues can be resolved on your own. Try the steps below one by one:
Check first:
• Internet connection: Try opening another website or watching YouTube — if those work fine, the issue is with the app.
• Clear your browser cache: In Chrome, go to Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Cached images and files. Then try again.
• Refresh the page: Refresh your browser or close the tab and reopen it in a new one.
More solutions:
• Restart your phone — this alone often fixes the problem.
• If the app is already installed, uninstall it and download the latest version.
• If you are using a VPN or proxy, try disabling it.
• Try a different browser — if Chrome isn't working, give Firefox or Samsung Browser a go.

Mobile App
Yes, SuperAce has a dedicated mobile app, and it must be downloaded directly — not from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Download on Android:
1. Go to your phone's Settings → Security or Privacy → enable "Unknown sources" or "Install unknown apps".
2. Open your browser and visit the official SuperAce website.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page or go to the App Download section to find the Android APK link.
4. Once the APK download is complete, tap the file and install it.
5. Once installation is complete, turn Unknown Sources back off — for your security.
iPhone (iOS): Due to iOS restrictions on installing third-party apps, the easiest way to use SuperAce on an iPhone is directly through your browser. Open Safari → tap the "Share" icon → select "Add to Home Screen" — after that, you can use it just like an app from your home screen.
